HR Leadership & Strategy * Lead and continuously improve HR operations across the full employee lifecycle (recruitment support, onboarding, employment, development, offboarding) * Translate business strategy into effective HR policies, structures, and processes * Drive professionalization and standardization of HR processes across the organization HR Operations & Compliance * Own and oversee all HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and legal compliance * Maintain responsibility for HR documentation, contracts, and employee records HR Policies, Governance & Processes * Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and company standards * Act as policy owner and escalation point for HR-related governance topics * Own HR reporting for senior management (headcount, workforce structure, KPIs, compliance metrics) * Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
