About the role

Support of climate-related tasks and projects, e.g. analysis of climate scenarios, physical and transition climate risk assessment and RWE Group’s emission forecast.
Conduct research on climate-related topics and summarise key findings.
Prepare climate and sustainability events, e.g. Climate Week NYC and COP Climate conference.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials related to climate and sustainability initiatives.

Job requirements and experience

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. environmental or climate science, economics, engineering, or a related field).
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for climate and sustainability topics.
Good understanding of the climate landscape and basic familiarity with scenarios and risk standards.
Fluent in English.

Advantageous, but not essential

German language skills.
