\nFor our company headquarters in Klipphausen, we are looking for a Facility Management Assistant / Workshop Scheduler (m/f/d) to join TL Concept GmbH as soon as possible. As a company with over 200 permanent employees, we have many years of experience in handling major projects in the fields of insulation, fire protection, sheet metal processingventilation technology.\n
Your tasks for the vacant position:

- \nCarrying out repairs to technical equipment and tracking defects\n\n
\n
- \nSupervision of technical building systems\n\n
\n
- \nMonitoring of technical building systems after instruction\n\n
\n
- \nDocumentation and reporting\n\n
\n
- \nDirect cooperation with the workshop manager\n\n
\n
- \nElectronic recording and management of material and tool inventories\n\n
\n
- \nIssue/return of tools and machines, as well as their maintenance and repairs\n\n
\n
- \nSupport in purchasing tools and equipment\n\n
\n
- \nMonitoring the media supply systems\n\n
\n
- \nTaking over tasks on the company premises\n\n
\n
- \nSupport with inventories\n\n
\n
Your qualifications and our expectations:
\n
- \nCompleted training in a technical or skilled trade profession\n\n
\n
- \nExperience in warehouse work, materials planning or a similar professional field is advantageous\n\n
\n
- \nYou have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are not afraid to quickly familiarize yourself with other applications and programs\n\n
\n
- \nYou also have a structured, cost-conscious and solution-oriented way of working and work independently and reliably\n\n
\n
- \nA driver's license should be mandatory\n\n
\n
