We're searching for a Director of Product Line/ Category Management who shares our passion for the brand, our community, and the extraordinary journey we're on. Your Mission

• You develop and implement portfolio and category strategies to achieve company targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights
• You own the category P&L, setting and achieving ambitious targets for growth and profitability
• You lead the global portfolio strategy and managment, identifying growth opportunities (who/what/how) and adjusting portfolios to maximize profitability and market share
• You define pricing and promotion guidelines, maintaining pricing architecture to achieve growth and margin goals
• You collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and execute impactful go-to-market strategies
• You develop, align and orchestrate the activation calendar across channels to achieve financial targets
• You orchestrate cross functional teams and stakeholdesr for seamless execution and alignment
• You manage budgets and investment priorities, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• You inspire and lead teams with energy, passion, and a focus on results

Your Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in FMCG brand management with a track record of leading brands and delivering impactful results
• You bring unwavering passion for More Nutrition-our mission, our community, and what we stand for. You're not just looking for a job; you want to be part of something extraordinary
• You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a "make it possible" mindset, confidently making decisions in complex situations with limited data
• You demonstrate a proven track record in brand strategy, product development, and successful execution of go-to-market plans
• You are proficient in market research, data analysis, and interpreting performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
• You have exceptional stakeholder management skills, orchestrating teams and aligning cross-functional priorities with ease
• You bring a willingness to travel and work from the Headquarter in Hamburg for 2-3 days/week 3x per month
• You speak English and German on a fluent level
