As a key player in our internationalization efforts, you will be an essential part of our newly built French team, driving growth and shaping the future of Packiro in this exciting new market.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive our French business forward. This role is based in Cologne, Germany, with regular travel to France. 


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Own and drive our Enterprise business in France, focusing on high-value customers (deal sizes of €40,000 – €150,000).
  • Acquire new Enterprise customers by:
    • Qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
    • Generating your own leads through outbound activities (cold acquisition, reactivating older leads, industry events, trade shows, and networking).
  • Build a strong presence in the French market by engaging with potential customers at key events like trade fairs, innovation days, and networking events.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships: Once you’ve built a strong customer base, focus on customer retention, loyalty, and upselling opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in a structured and independent manner.
  • Monitor performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts, collaborating with management to optimize strategies. 

 


Ihr Profil

  • 5-6+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in Enterprise Sales or Key Account Management.
  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing complex deals—passion for generating new business is essential!
  • Strong relationship builder: Ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Sales-driven mindset, focused on KPIs and analytical thinking to drive measurable success.
  • Highly structured with strong project management skills, enabling you to handle complex sales cycles independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing pipelines, opportunities, and deals.
  • Fluent in French (native level) and English (our company language); German skills are a plus.
  • Based in the Cologne/Bonn area, with frequent travel to France (by train or rental car) and a willingness to work regularly from our Cologne office.
  • No packaging expertise? No problem! We’re looking for commercial sales talent, and we’ll guide you step-by-step through the world of packaging.
