Your tasks

  • \nAs a Product Manager for our online shop, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey across all platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll own the business case for your product, define its vision, and translate strategy into impactful features.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll serve as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding your product.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll lead the product discovery process, focusing on identifying the right problems to solve (the WHAT).\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll ensure seamless collaboration within your team, aligning product design, UI/UX, and software engineering to determine the HOW.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll manage a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones, delivering features based on business impact.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll embrace agility by continuously refining your strategy and roadmap through frequent testing and user feedback.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll create and maintain discovery artifacts to inform the team’s backlog and user stories.\n\n

\n

  • \nYou’ll drive product improvements through actionable insights derived from meaningful data.\n\n

Your profile

  • \nProven experience: Several years of experience with a strong track record in building user-facing tech products within an agile team, ideally in the tech industry.\n\n

\n

  • \nProduct discovery expertise: Deep understanding of product discovery methodologies, tools, and practices, with experience delivering in a ‘dual-track agile’ model.\n\n

\n

  • \nDesign Thinking knowledge: Familiarity with and ability to apply Design Thinking principles effectively.\n\n

\n

  • \nData-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive impactful decisions.\n\n

\n

  • \nTechnical skills: Ability to write technical requirements (e.g., Epics, User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes.\n\n

\n

  • \nOutstanding communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.\n\n

\n

  • \nDetail-oriented and collaborative: A keen eye for detail and the ability to inspire and educate others through clear explanations.\n\n

\n

  • \nAdaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and sometimes volatile environments, embracing agility and change.\n\n

\n

  • \nAnalytical and leadership skills: Strong analytical mindset, thought leadership and excellent people and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\n

\n

  • \nLateral leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong interpersonal connections.\n\n

\n

  • \nEntrepreneurial mindset: Passion for pushing the product to the next level, focusing on business outcomes rather than outputs or inputs.\n\n

\n

  • \nLanguage proficiency: Professional-level Business English is required.\n\n
